Bicycling is not only great exercise, but a lot of fun! I ride a Carbon fiber Cannondale with a Bianchi back up road bike and a Breezer mountain bike.

My favorite areas to ride on the road bike are Nicasio valley and Point Reyes; good riding on the mountain bike is near my home in San Rafael, Calfornia ( Marin County ) on the single track trails at China Camp State Park, the old railroad grade on Mt. Tam and many trails in the coastal area.
